Delivering workplace transformation services that focus on business outcomes

When it comes to digital workplace leadership, Fujitsu’s been fighting the good fight for years.

In the digital age, it’s far too easy to get distracted by the latest flashy gadgets. But, in reality, no workplace transformation project can truly succeed without addressing the human element of your strategy.

That’s why we’re proud to announce that for a fourth year running leading analyst firm Gartner has recognized us as a Leader in its 2020 Magic Quadrant for Managed Workplace Services, Europe.

As a world-leading workplace solutions provider, we’re proud to be positioned highest overall among vendors for our ability to execute.

FUJITSU Work Life Shift – new market offering

Gartner’s Magic Quadrant for Managed Workplace Services measures 17 leading providers, judging them based on “completeness of vision” and “ability to execute”.

Over the last year, we’ve seen increasing demand for workplace transformation services that aren’t just focused on technology but also on business outcomes. We’ve built up a speciality in large, transformative deals, and have continued to develop and evolve our MWS offering to address emerging trends and customer needs within the digital economy – always with a key focus on productivity and user engagement.

Ben Williams, Head of Portfolio – Managed Workplace Services, and I have been working hard with our teams to achieve our shared vision of a workplace portfolio which delivers transformative employee experiences underpinned by solid data-driven and automated delivery which means our customers stop worrying about IT and can focus on what matters most to their business.

Both Ben and I agree that we must continue to build on our already strong performance. We plan to continue our investment in MWS offerings, as we build out capabilities in co-creation and innovation with our customers.

Our consultant-led approach to workplace innovation involves using user-journey mapping, change-adoption processes, and benefit realization to help organizations drive business outcomes.

We couple this with Change.Effect – a change management methodology that implements digital workplace transformation through a structured framework.

Our offering is unique in the market.

Our approach requires a unique blend of consultancy skills and digital prowess, both of which Fujitsu have in spades. Human-centric innovation is one of our guiding principles. Digital and workforce transformation must go hand-in-hand. Our teams are dedicated to bringing about meaningful, impactful change for our clients and their employees. We couldn’t be more thrilled for Gartner to recognize us once again.

Creating a connected workforce that works – for everyone

Without a doubt, the real thrill of workforce management is the positive impact it has on people’s working lives.

At the end of our day, our teams want what any other workforce wants: a flexible, diverse, and empowered working environment that enables everyone to flourish – both in their career and in their personal lives.

And this is just what we enable workforces to do.

As more businesses recognize the myriad of benefits that come with workforce transformation, it’s our pleasure to once again be recognized as a leader in this important market.
